We respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. If you no longer wish to use our services, you can permanently delete your account directly from within the app.

Deleting your account will remove all personal information and associated data from our systems, as per our Privacy Policy. 

Permanently delete or deactivate your Cili account

You can delete your account by following these instructions (both iOS and android):

  1. Tap  Profile or your profile picture in the top right to go to your profile.

  2. Scroll down all the way to the end and tap on Delete account, then tap Continue.

For Android Users

Follow these steps to delete your account in the Android app:

  1. Open the Cili app on your Android device.

  2. Tap  Profile in the top right to go to your profile.

  3. Select Delete Account.

  4. A confirmation pop-up will appear — tap Yes to confirm.

Once confirmed, your account and related data will be permanently deleted from our system.

You will receive a confirmation email when the deletion is complete.

For iOS Users

To delete your account from the iOS app:

  1. Open the Cili  app on your iPhone or iPad.

  2. Tap  Profile in the top right to go to your profile.

  3. Tap Delete Account.

  4. Confirm the deletion by pressing Yes when prompted.

After confirmation, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.

You’ll receive a confirmation message or email once the deletion is processed.

If You No Longer Have Access to the App

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot log in, please contact our support team for manual deletion.

Send an email to support@cilifacilities.com with the subject “Delete My Account” and include your registered email address.

We’ll verify your request and delete your account within 7 business days.

Important Notes

  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

  • You will lose access to all saved data, preferences, and linked services.

  • If you have an active subscription, please cancel it through the Play Store or App Store before deleting your account.
